I am really excited that it is officially Fall. Now if only the weather would have gotten that message. It is still blazing hot in Texas, so I am still playing the transition card with my wardrobe choices. Those beautiful suede boots will just have to wait. The round towel has been my obsession since last summer when I first discovered it. It is perfect for going to the beach, picnics, and hanging out by the pool. Where has this been all my life?

I won this one in a contest from the JetSet Redhead, but I completely adore all the Vagabond Beach patterns. The Wildflower is the next on my wish list.  :)

Last fall season, I searched high and low for the perfect burgundy boots but came up with nothing. I was beyond excited when I saw these boots show up in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale catalog. Goes to show you...sometimes you just have to wait for the right item.

It is blazing hot out, but I couldn't resist showing some of my favorite finds from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. This patchwork cardigan is kind of everything. Super cozy, and I love the oversized fit. I probably could wear it now with indoor AC...hmmm...just maybe. :)
