On the weekend, you can find me wearing something similar to this pretty regularly. Cozy sweaters and denim layers are always easy, comfortable, and can take you anywhere.

When it gets cold in Dallas - it happens fast. One day it is a nice 65 degrees - and within hours the temp can drop to below freezing (feels like 5). It is amazing and dreadful all at once. But luckily I keep a steady stock of sweaters on hand for our week or two of winter. A fashion girl is always ready! ;)

Vest: Gap | Shirt: JCrew | Jeans: Gap | Shoes: Puma (option here)
This vest saves me every single top the temperature drops. I recently took a trip to New Orleans, and just threw this into my bag last minute, and it turned into the one thing I wore every day to keep myself warm. If you don't have a puffer vest in your wardrobe, it is definitely a staple worth the purchase. Winter is not over yet! :)
