Now that Christmas is over, it is time to focus on NYE!
If you haven't found your outfit yet, there is no better place to check out options than Nasty Gal. They have plenty of delectable choices; sweet, sophisticated, and tons of sparkle.
Check out some of my favorites.
Top: F21 | Skirt: Kate Spade Saturday | Shoes: Sam & Libby (similar here) | Wristlet: Michael Kors (similar here) | Jewelry: JCrew bracelet, Bakers ring, F21 earrings
I have always been a fan of Kate Spade, and with the Saturday label, the amazing designs become a little more affordable. From casual to dressy selections, everything is really easy to pair and wear.
One of my favorite pieces is this fun lame skirt. Metallic was a trend on the runway for F14 (check my post here), and the wear-now execution is fabulous.
Top: JCrew (old, fun option here for stripe detail) | Pants: Zara (old, similar here) | Jacket: Gap (similar here and here) | Shoes: Nine West (similar here) | Clutch: Nine West | Jewelry: Express ring
Shorts in the winter season? Absolutely! I love taking a pair of dressy shorts and layering over fun, playful tights. Go for dark shades and patterns so it doesn't look too out of season. I always gravitate towards plaids as it always is the key pattern.
Cropped Sweater: F21 | Faux Leather Trouser: F21 | Shoes: Sam & Libby (similar here) | Bag: Steven by Steve Madden | F21earring, Kendra Scottring
It is a Forever21 story today. One of my favorite places to shop for cheap of-the-moment fashion. I hate sifting through the chaos, but sometimes you can find some great items. You probably already know of my love for faux leather from previous posts. This trouser style was an amazing discovery. Great for work and play.
My favorite color story for the holidays revolves around shades of merlot. There is just something rich and seductive about this color which makes it a perfect outfit starting point for the season.
A fashionista who loves family, friends, and of course the art of clothing. I enjoy reading, dancing, DIY projects, and spending time with my husband and our two beautiful boxer dogs. Life takes you on a crazy journey...here you can experience a little bit of mine.
