One of my favorite colors combos during the spring/summer is a bright citron yellow mixed with cobalt blue. It is the perfect cool/warm mix. Not only great in casual, but can also be dressed up as shown here. Another great combo is a bright pink mixed with red. Now is the time to get playful with color. Try anything!
